How do I check the status of my order? Upon placing your order, please allow up to 5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the packages as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email. You may track your order then.

How long does shipping take? Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 7 to 10 business days to be shipped. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take up to 2 weeks. For orders sourced internationally, please allow up to 3 to 4 months to receive your product.

Why does shipping take so long? Our products are specially and uniquely made and are significantly lower priced than our competitors to give you the best deal. This may at times take a little longer than usual, but not outside of our industry. We work with our suppliers to get you your packages at the quickest time possible!

I ordered multiple items but only received partial package. No worries! Your items sometimes are shipped separately, depending on the warehouse that it is located.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to other countries in the world. If you do not see your country and you see a product, send us a quick line at our contact page. Make sure to fill out all your details for a speedy response!

Do you offer returns? No. All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy. Please note, Glitter Bees Unite reserves the right to refuse all returns. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip.

Is your website secure with my personal information? Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information, and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing your product. We never store or sell any information about our customer's private details.

How do I order on your website? Simply find the product you would like and click the Add To Cart button or the Buy Now button. Fill in your shipping and billing information, and we will have your order shipped out to you in no time!

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do? Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at customerservice@glitterbeesunite.com with your inquiry.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order? No, but by setting up an account, you become a Glitter Bees Unite VIP member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.

How do you provide quality guarantee for all the products being sold? So glad you asked! If you find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure that your best shopping experience yet. Contact us right away for a resolved.

Do you ever do giveaways? Yes, we run official giveaways on GlitterBeesUnite.com, GlitterBeesUnite's official app (iOS download TBA, Android download TBA), as well as, on our GlitterBeesUnite YouTube Channel and other social channels (@glitterbeesunite).

Can I change my order once I've placed it? No, once you place an order it is final.

I've forgotten my password, what do I do? To reset your password, go to http://glitterbeesunite.com/account/login and click on “Forgot your password?” above the sign-in button. You will then be prompted to enter your E-mail address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an E-mail notification with a link to reset your password.
