COVID-19 Shipping Update: A Message to our GlitterBees Family
Our top priority is the health and safety of the warehouse employees and all our customers, the production and fulfillment facility where we source our products from, in accordance to comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.
What does this mean for you?
- Processing times may be delayed. Processing times are generally within 3-5 business days* (although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
- We will notify you as soon as your order ships, or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
- You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund.

*Please note business days do not include weekends or holidays, such as New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered, and you receive shipment with the time frame we advertise, please ensure your address is fully entered in correctly. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If uncertain as to abbreviations, then type out the correct informationĀ
On occasion Glitter Bees UniteĀ offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. To keep updated with our latest shipping promotions sign up to theĀ Glitter Bees UniteĀ ship to most countries worldwide via USPS for all domestic and international packages. Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
$8.95 Flat Fee forĀ standard shipping for all states within the USA. (free Domestic Shipping over $40 within the USA.)Ā

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, the delivery time within the United States is 7-10 business days, andĀ 3 to 4 months internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays, this time may vary. At times, we purchase products internationally, so the waiting time may also be a little bit longer. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
The last day to purchase and receive your product during the Christmas season in the U.S. is 12/12/(within the current year) at 11:59 p.m. EST.
